Flag at half-mast

The flag on the Tier Building will be at half-mast on Monday, Nov. 21 in honour of James Kuzenko, who worked for 30 years with the University of Manitoba postal services. A memorial was held on Nov. 20.
Kuzenko passed away on Oct. 14, 2016.
