Flag at half-mast

The flag on the Tier Building will be at half-mast on Monday, Nov. 14 in honour of Orysia Paszczak Tracz, who worked with the University of Manitoba libraries, and retired in 2010.
Tracz passed away on Nov. 10, 2016.
