March 25, 2024:

The Ellis Building has been evacuated and closed until further notice as of March 25, 2024.

The closure is a result of flooding in the building.

Crews are working to repair the cause of the flooding and identify and address any resulting damage.

Crews have yet to advise how long the building will remain closed.
