Bring your own bag to UM Bookstore
UM Bookstore goes plastic bag free at cash registers beginning Feb. 1

The next time you visit UM Bookstore on Fort Garry campus, don’t forget to bring your own reusable bag or backpack to carry your purchases home.
In anticipation of the federal plan to ban single-use plastics, UM Bookstore will no longer offer plastic bags to customers at tills. Small paper bags will continue to be offered to customers purchasing individual art supplies and materials.
