September 18, 2024 —  Current faculty and staff who are plan members of the University of Manitoba Pension Plan (1993) (Pension Plan) and are planning to retire in the next five years are invited to register for one of the upcoming retirement planning sessions taking place on November 13 and 15.

School of Art on the passing of Deanna Shawneen “Shawn” Anderson : Network News

September 17, 2024 —  It is with deep sadness that we learn of the passing of Deanna Shawneen Anderson, affectionately known as Shawn, on August 27, 2024, at the age of 84, after a brief battle with cancer. Shawn served as the Administrative Assistant at the School of Art (SoA), University of Manitoba, from the mid-1970s until her retirement in 2000.
