Throughout the month of October, organizations, community groups and individuals gather together to promote sustainable behaviours and events across the province in celebration of Sustainability Month. This year the Office of Sustainability and campus partners are hosting a wide range of events which are free and open to all staff, students, faculty and the greater university community. Green Flicks: Before the Flood

Join us for a showing of Before the Flood. This film presents a riveting account of the dramatic changes now occurring around the world due to climate change, as well as the actions we as individuals and as a society can take to prevent the disruption of life on our planet. Tour of the National Centre for Truth & Reconciliation

The National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation (NCTR) was created to preserve the memory of Canada’s Residential School system and legacy. Not just for a few years, but forever. Take part in a tour of the NCTR building and outdoor space on the U of M Fort Garry Campus.
