Taking the pulse of the Libraries
UM Libraries launches Library Life Pulse Survey
The University Libraries would like your help to gain some insight about how you use the Libraries’ facilities as well our services and collections. You may have already received an invitation to participate in your email.
Please click this link to get started on the survey.
The survey, which will take approximately 15 minutes to complete, is being conducted by Alterline.
How are we doing?
The purpose of the survey is to capture library user attitudes toward library services and spaces in order to determine how to best focus future research and service/library improvement initiatives and improve the experience of the university community.
Supporting your future
Your participation means a lot to us. It will provide data to support further Libraries research into user needs and service responses which informs our decision-making for a better user experience and a fuller, more robust library ecosystem for students, instructors, and researchers.
If you have any questions about the survey, contact Ruby Warren, User Experience Librarian.
