U of M personal training & nutrition week

It’s the age old question: what’s more important, diet or exercise?

The answer: they’re equally important.

Personal training and nutrition week takes over the U of M February 4-8. Recreation Services is offering complimentary informational sessions on training and nutrition, new uploads to the Tips from the Trainer video series blog, and discount purchases on all personal training and nutrition services.

Canada has a new food guide. Curious what it’s all about and how it impacts you? Join us for this 45 minute discussion with a registered dietitian where you’ll learn all about the new food guide, dietary guidelines, healthy eating recommendations as well as new resources available for you.

Personal Training Services – Purchase any personal training package or assessment service during the week and receive 15 per cent off the advertised price (35 per cent if you’re a member).
