GISday 2015 at Elizabeth Dafoe Library

Elizabeth Dafoe Library will host a GISday (Geographic Information Systems) and brownbag lunch on Wednesday, Nov. 18. “Mapping Change Over Time” will feature 14 speakers from organizations across Winnipeg, along with several U of M students.

Remembering the forgotten

Hidden in a corner between University Centre and the Helen Glass Centre for Nursing, on the University of Manitoba’s Fort Garry campus, is a memorial that largely goes unnoticed, dedicated to the 30 members of the 11th Canadian Field Ambulance.
