UM International Strategy – What do you think?

March 25, 2014 —

A draft University of Manitoba International Strategy has been created based on information gathered during the Baseline Study of UM International Activities conducted in 2012 and feedback from UM faculty and staff in the fall of 2013. It is important that UM faculty, staff and students, who will be key in implementing the strategy, also help us to shape the final document that will guide the university’s international efforts for the next five years.

We invite you to review the Draft International Strategy and then join us for in-person consultations to provide your feedback and suggestions.

The consultation schedule is as follows:

  • Fort Garry Campus – Tuesday, March 25, 2014

2:30 to 4:00 pm, Senate Chambers, Room E3-262, EITC Building

  • Bannatyne Campus – Thursday, March 27, 2014

2:30 to 4:00 pm, Room A103 Chown Building

If you are unable to attend either of the in-person consultations please feel free to send written feedback to Judith Mate (Judith [dot] Mate [at] umanitoba [dot] ca) on or before March 28, 2014.

We look forward to hearing your thoughts on this important initiative.
