CBC: Plans to cut number of international students in Canada raises alarm bells at Manitoba universities

Dr. Michael Benarroch, President and Vice-Chancellor of University of Manitoba said the university had already been seeing a decrease in international students over the last few years but has been able to keep enrolment "stable" due to an increase in local students.
