Shoulder posture study seeking participants

October 14, 2020 — 

A study conducted by the Faculty of Kinesiology and Recreation Management is currently seeking participants.

The study, Effect of Myofascial Release on Shoulder Posture, is exploring the effect two different four-minute myofascial release treatments have on shoulder posture, muscle length, muscle activity and movement performance.

Eligible participants will be:

  • Between 18-60 years old
  • Female
  • Right- handed
  • Have no recent history (six months) of neck or shoulder pain
