Philanthropists’ $5-million gift recognized with naming of new building on Bannatyne campus

Dentistry alum Dr. Gerald Niznick and his wife Reesa have made a landmark gift to UM, contributing $5 million to leading-edge dental clinics to be located in a new building on the Bannatyne campus. The five-storey building will be named in the Niznicks' honour.

Occupational therapy program welcomes largest class to date

The College of Rehabilitation Sciences welcomed 55 new occupational therapy (OT) students at a ceremony on Bannatyne campus on August 26. The class size increased by five from previous years, and next year will increase again to 60 incoming students.
