With so much information available online, it’s sometimes hard to sort fact from fiction. A new program offered by the University of Manitoba’s extended education department will give folks tips on how to spot the fakes. Cecil Rosner, a long-time investigative journalist, and the former managing editor of CBC Manitoba will teach the program.
