Can we measure reconciliation?

October 4, 2021 —

The following podcast was released on September 30, 2021, the first National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, on The Decibel by The Globe and Mail. Can we measure reconciliation? features Katherine Starzyk, professor in the department of psychology and principle investigator on The Canadian Reconciliation Barometer project along with colleague Ry Moran, associate university librarian-reconciliation at the University of Victoria and former director of the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation. In it, they help to explain what the research project is measuring, and how this gauge can be used to inform the conversation around reconciliation in Canada.
