Attention researchers: important water system update

December 10, 2013 —

The Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) water pipe distribution systems in laboratories at the Fort Garry and Bannatyne Campuses require to be sanitized once every year.

The R.O. systems sanitization has been scheduled as follows for:

Fort Garry campus

Shut Down: Thursday, December 12, 2013, at 8 a.m.
Start Up: Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at 4  p.m.

Bannatyne Campus

Shut Down: Thursday, December 12, 2013,  8 a.m.
Start Up: Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at 4 p.m.

R.O. water will not be produced during the sanitization period and therefore, storage of treated water is highly recommended. Please inform staff and students who are affected by this shut down of the need to store treated water.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
