New data storage limits being introduced for Microsoft 365 Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint/Teams : Network News

August 29, 2025 —  Microsoft has announced it is imposing new, institution-wide storage limits for data on M365 applications including OneDrive, SharePoint, MS Teams and email. This change affects all Microsoft 365 Education users globally.
