Dr. Klaus Hochheim Photography Exhibit open
July 24, 2024 —
An exhibit of photographs from former UM researcher Dr. Klaus Hochheim is open at Canadian Mennonite University until the end of August. Dr. Hochheim was a climatologist and ice scientist in the Centre for Earth Observation Science for 12 years until his tragic death in a helicopter crash in the Arctic in September 2013.
The exhibit, co-curated by his wife Martha, displays his photographs from his research in the Arctic and Antarctic and includes essays written by Dr. David Babb (another CEOS researcher and UM graduate) and Sarah Hodges-Kolisnyk. Find more details about the exhibit here.
