Survey on impact of working at home during the COVID-19 pandemic
University faculty, learners and staff invited to participate
On behalf of Women in Science Development, Outreach and Mentoring, AKA WISDOM at the University of Manitoba, we invite you to take this survey on the impact of working at home during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Dr. Linda Larcombe, Department of Internal Medicine, and Ms. Jackie Gruber, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Director, Rady Faculty of Health Sciences, are investigating if and how sex and/or gender might impact how we successfully navigate this changing environment.
Apart from anecdotal information and despite the significant impact of the COVID-19 situation on UM faculty, learners and staff, there is no systemic study about the impact of working at home on university faculty, learners and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Your participation in this survey will inform recommendations to university leadership for developing strategies, programs and policies to help faculty, learners and staff transition through the pandemic and post-pandemic environments.
The survey is open to all UM students, faculty and staff and continues until July 31, 2020.
Please take the survey here.
Sincerely,
Dr. Neeloffer Mookherjee (Chair)
