Heather’s Gratitude Picks
Spring 2020
To learn or be inspired, we often turn to books. So, we turned to longtime UM supporter Heather Reisman [LLD/16] to explore gratitude. This chief booklover and CEO of Indigo Books & Music shared her top gratitude-themed reads through her popular “Heather’s Picks.”
Reisman, along with husband and entrepreneur Gerald Schwartz [BComm/62, LLB/66, LLD/16 ], are known nationwide for their philanthropy as much as for their business success. At UM, they’ve given to medical research and international exchanges, and created the Schwartz/Reisman Scholars Program for business and law students who demonstrate community involvement, leadership and academic excellence
