A Message from Laurie M. Schnarr, Vice-Provost (Students)

October 30, 2020 —
A Message from Laurie M. Schnarr, Vice-Provost (Students): As you will have likely read in President Benarroch’s message, UM is currently in the process of collective bargaining with the University of Manitoba Faculty Association (UMFA). This weekend UMFA is putting a vote to its members regarding a potential strike. This does not mean that a strike will in fact occur. Bargaining between the two parties is continuing and we hope to reach a resolution.
