IST Audio-Visual is hosting demonstrations of the university’s installed classroom and portable audiovisual equipment.

Our sessions will demonstrate:

How the electronic classroom works
The features of the room that are available to instructors
Basic troubleshooting procedures

Demonstrations will cover the following room configurations and associated technologies:

Extron Touch Panel – Some Examples include Tier 301, Armes 205
Creston Touch Panel – Some Examples include, University College 240, Engineering 3 207, Robert Schultz 172
MLC Control Panel – Some Examples include Tier 206, University College 237
Extron System 8 – Some Examples include Engineering 2 130, St John’s 118
Portable Equipment – Technology includes: Data projector, document viewer
Bring Your Own Device – Focused primarily on laptops, MacBook’s, iPad, and connecting your device to the Control Panel and Display

Tax season is a heady time for fraudsters who hope to take advantage of seasonal anxiety to scam Canadians out of their money. Of course, tax season isn't the only time scammers have their way. Two common types of fraud that often threaten organizations are phishing and business email compromise (BEC) scams. These frauds are meticulously designed to appear credible, often leaving individuals and businesses vulnerable to significant losses.
