Stay clear of Red River

The Red River water level is high and is expected to crest soon. This has created a potentially hazardous situation near the river.

Faculty, staff, students and visitors are warned to stay away from the river and any waters flowing into the river. Further, riverbanks may be unstable due to the high water and damp conditions, so the university community is encouraged to avoid these areas.
