Please update your mailing address in JUMP and Aurora
Payroll and Supplier Services receives large numbers of returned T4 and T4A slips every year. In order to reduce the number of returned forms and requests for reprints, Payroll and Supplier Services recommends updating your address information in order to receive your 2015 tax forms.
Students should update their address information in Aurora by January 29, 2016. If you also have payments from HRIS system, you also need to send in a change request to hris [at] umanitoba [dot] ca .
Employees should update their address in Employee Self Serve (ESS) before February 4th. Any address changes received after this date cannot be guaranteed for the T4 / T4A from HRIS System. Employees that do not have access to ESS need to submit their request to hris [at] umanitoba [dot] ca .
